Casa Lito is positioned on a regular topography lot with orientation towards the Mexia reservoir lake. It corresponds to a single-family summer housing project composed of two superimposed volumes, where the lower part houses private spaces such as bedrooms and service areas, and the upper part features the social space that extends semi-covered towards the exterior, incorporating a second access staircase, creating a continuous connection between the interior and exterior.
